Position Description:

• The Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect will be responsible for providing software engineering services and perform iterative Agile development of enhancements and operational support and maintenance on our client’s ServiceNow application and all its associated components.
• The ideal candidate must have expertise in the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Professional module, ServiceNow JavaScript for web development, and API integration technology.
• In addition, the candidate must have demonstrable experience with organizational strategic planning processes and workflows.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Develop Risk Management Metrics capabilities within the client’s ServiceNow solution
• Update existing Risk Management workflows
• Update Key Performance Indicator workflows
• Assess and Update Security and Administration-Data Visibility and Record States
• Update and Maintain Data Exports/Reports and Templates
• Update and Maintain Technical Documentation
• Serve as a technical advisor liaison between the ServiceNow application and other Client systems
• Provide ongoing Operations and Maintenance Support including ServiceNow upgrades, provide user support, and perform ongoing minor enhancements

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Minimum 12+ years of demonstrated IT Experience; 7+ Years of ServiceNow experience
• Experience with developing complex, custom ServiceNow applications; experience with complex workflows, integrations, and scripting
• Experience with automation of various ServiceNow components
• Experience with the ServiceNow SPM module
• JavaScript, Python, HTML/CSS
• Technical documentation
• Agile Development experiences
• Project Management experience
• ITIL V3 (minimum)
• ServiceNow Certified Admin
• ServiceNow Certified Developer
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
• Experienced in basic Project Management and is able to create and follow a project management plan
