Essential Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of the benefits of PAP therapy for respiratory diseases and sleep disorders, with advanced understanding of the equipment operations & contraindications. 
• Consults with Sleep Coaches on escalations of calls related to therapy concerns, taking over the conversation
• with the patient or physician as necessary. 
• Reviews patient adherence data to evaluate potential PAP therapy complications or non-usage, reaching out to the patient to discuss clinical implications and resolutions. 
• Effectively communicates with physicians / clinical providers & their personnel regarding patient concerns and treatment recommendations, requesting sleep order changes and updates as appropriate. 
• Documents all patient related conversations and actions in Bonafide.
• Communicates escalated patient issues with management personnel in a timely manner.
• Works special projects for the PAP departments.
• Trains new employees and existing employees in the PAP department.
• Assists with completing mask and machine exchanges.
• Assists with policies and procedures for BIPAP rescue and more.
• Assists with RAD rescue patients as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

Qualifications/Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• More education or experience in a related field may be preferred.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills. 
• Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies.
• Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
• Decisiveness and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
• Polite, professional phone voice.
