The primary functions of a Member Service Representative are to assist members with any inquiries, requests or problems in a professional, respectful and courteous manner. Assumes responsibility for receiving, reviewing and processing membership applications while maintaining member satisfaction and retention. Provide accurate routine transactions while identifying member's financial needs.

Salary Range: 32000-36000

Qualifications:

• Prior credit union/banking experience preferred 
• Six months to a year of Customer service and Cashier experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Spreadsheet.
