Position Description:

• There are two open positions - one of these roles must be filled from Kansas City, KS. The other role can be filled from one of the following locations: Atlanta GA, Cleveland OH, Columbus OH, Dallas TX, Knoxville TN, Lafayette LA, Pittsburgh PA.
• Looking for a dynamic Technical Leader to work on a large transformation program that will eventually replace a legacy 3rd party product with a home-grown version.
• Must be technical competent and experienced in .Net Full Stack technologies. Must have strong leadership experience of working closely with end clients and business sponsors and leading offshore crews.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Computer Science or Information Technology
• Minimum 6 – 8 years of overall work experience in Information Technology sector, in core development using .Net Full Stack technologies.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in leading, managing and mentoring offshore resources
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in core development using .Net Full Stack, React, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Typescript and Microservice Architecture
• Experience of working in development of Enterprise software and systems. Product development experience is a big plus
• Knowledge in any financial services domain. Background in Tax Credit Information Systems is a big plus.
• Leadership experience with the ability and attitude to take ownership of team’s deliverables, taking accountability, managing offshore teams and driving results through offshore crews.
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate ideas to technical and business audiences
