Job Overview:

• Should be able to read blueprints, operate coil winding machine, set up and adjust welding equipment, burn, cut, trim or scarf metal objects, perform detailed welding techniques and weld in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Welders are classified according to welding process or work piece. 
• Skill in welding processes (l.e. FCAW), will be required to pass company administered 2G,3G,4G qualification test.

Salary Range: $22.00 - $27.00

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED or Vocational school preferred but not limited to. 
• Prefer certification verifying the worker's production of specified welds meets prescribed standards but, welders are classified according to welding place on work-piece and their individual skills. 
• Will be required to pass company administered production Subarc qualification test.
