Lead, develop, and build winning teams. Deliver strategic plans, continually revise and deploy successful sales strategies, keeping VieMed / Workforce Delivered relevant with customer demand and emerging ways of providing workforce solutions.
Establish benchmarks, measure and improve all operational KPI’s.
Accountable for developing and sustaining a culture of customer service excellence to include measurements and continuous improvements.
Supports the development and maintenance of all statistical reporting for the workforce solutions function, including timeliness, accuracy and quality.
Eight (8) plus years of total professional experience with increasing levels of responsibility, with a proven track record of leading transformational change within the staffing industry.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills at all levels, including people management, leadership, and both written and verbal communication.
The ability to demonstrate an inclusive style of leadership, supported by clear, understandable strategies with a strong focus on results.
