Position Overview

The Upholstery Technician will assist our lead upholsterers in all aspects of the craft, from breaking down furniture to prepping for reupholstery. This is an entry-level role — no prior upholstery experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead upholsterer in daily tasks
• Deconstruct furniture (remove fabric, staples, and foam)
• Prep frames, cushions, and furniture for reupholstery
• Keep tools and workspace organized and safe
• Learn upholstery techniques and grow into more advanced tasks

Compensation & Benefits

• $15–$20/hour depending on skills and experience
• Flexible scheduling
• On-the-job training in a valuable trade
• Opportunities to grow into advanced upholstery roles

Salary Range: $15–$20/hour (based on experience)
