The Tools Tech team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stuller’s offerings.
We are looking for a skilled and motivated sales representative to join our team as a Tools and Equipment Technical Specialist Trainee.
In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting a variety of tools and equipment to jewelry stores, jewelry designers, and manufacturers.
You will need to gain a strong knowledge of the jewelry industry, including the various types of jewelry and their unique manufacturing/customization/repair processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a strong working knowledge of Tools/Equipment products and processes for use
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand and support their operations
Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions that meet their requirements
Train purchasing customers in proper usage of the Tools/Equipment purchased
Attend trade shows and events to promote products and provide in-person product demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials
Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve sales targets
Stay up to date with industry trends, product developments, and competitors’ activities
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the jewelry industry or equipment sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows and meet with customers.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
