  • CGI is seeking for a Technical Analyst who can bring in expertise and industry standard methodologies define better development.
  • Provide expert technical guidance to peers, IT leadership and other departments regarding business process design and improvement and the use of enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with business and QA partners to review documented business requirements and create business scenarios and correlated user stories that properly reflect the needs of the customer and meet the expectations of our business partners.
  • This role can be performed from our CGI offices or client sites in Bloomfield, CT (Preferred), Hartford, CT, Cary, NC, Raleigh, NC, Rollingwood, TX, Austin, TX, Chatanooga, TN or Lafayette, LA in a Hybrid Model.


Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of business processes and user needs.
  • System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and workflows (UI), identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions to enhance system functionality and performance.
  • Design and Development: Collaborate with the development team to design and develop system solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Collaborate with Testing and QA team to define and develop test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of system solutions, identifying and assisting to resolve any issues or defects.
  • Implementation and Support: Assist in the implementation of system solutions, providing ongoing support and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system solutions, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Training and User Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources needed to effectively use system solutions


Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • At least 6 + Years of experience as a Technical Analyst analyzing web and mobile application systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business functionality and opportunities into clear, concise and easy-to-read Use Cases.
  • Excellent application design skills and building technical logic for web / API. 
  • Good Understanding about AWS and API.
  • Experience in Data Mapping based on the FHIR standards.
  • Work closely with scrum masters, PMs, QA and development teams to organize agile delivery.
  • Experience working in an AGILE methodology.
  • MUST have experience working in JIRA tool for creating Epic, Feature and User stories.
  • Conduct JAD sessions with business/IT stakeholders to articulate UI (web /mobile) impacts and document artifacts.
  • Should have at least 4 years of working experience in analyzing Soap and Web services and map it to UI elements. 
  • Conduct data and systems analysis on impacted modules within web and mobile device platform and enterprise service/source system layers.
  • Should have the analytical capability and the technical acumen to grasp/convey architectural design concepts (SOA, data models, web/mobile application design, infrastructure) with technical teams
  • Work with UX design teams to define the mobile / web  experience for end customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to effectively partner with both business and technical IT teams
  • Understands Agile delivery methods and has experience working in a SCRUM environment. 
  • Experience with data mapping to web elements on UI. 
  • Proven collaboration skills; demonstrating ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions.  Capable of driving decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.  Ability and willingness to support systems or other functions when necessary for the good of the project.
  • Strong time management skills; highly organized and detail oriented.  Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Should have the business acumen to engage in stakeholder discussions with product owners, business leads and program managers.
  • Knowledge of the HealthCare industry and Mobile/Web technologies is preferred.
  • MUST have a Safe certification.
  • CIGNA experience is preferred.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
