Position Description:
Do you enjoy helping employees navigate internal career opportunities and supporting the processes that connect talent to business needs? Our Talent Planning team is looking to add a Talent Planning Coordinator to support internal talent movement and placement activities across the organization.
Talent Planning Coordinators are responsible for the administration and coordination of internal placement activities in accordance with CGI's policies, procedures, and talent management guidelines. This role supports internal mobility processes through opportunity administration, candidate tracking, interview coordination, compliance activities, and talent system maintenance.
You will provide administrative support to Talent Planning Partners, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and employees throughout the internal placement process. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, maintaining internal talent management systems and applicant tracking systems, managing candidate workflow activities, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of talent data.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews between hiring managers and employees pursuing internal opportunities.
- Create, maintain, and update opportunities within internal talent management systems and applicant tracking systems.
- Track candidate progression throughout the internal placement process and ensure candidate records are updated accurately and timely.
- Maintain responsibility for the timely entry, maintenance, and integrity of talent and candidate data across internal systems.
- Support opportunity administration, including project code assignments and employee profile maintenance within internal talent management systems.
- Coordinate background screening and compliance related activities with appropriate internal teams.
- Generate standard reports and provide information requested by management.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling employee and candidate information.
- Ensure documentation, system records, and candidate workflows are maintained in accordance with established processes and guidelines.
Qualifications:
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, talent management, administration, operations support, or a related field.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes while managing multiple administrative tasks and deadlines.
- Self motivated and dependable with the ability to work independently and manage routine responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, talent management systems, or other HR technology platforms preferred.
- Experience supporting recruiting, talent management, human resources, staffing, or administrative workflows preferred.
