The Stone Setting department is responsible for polishing, engraving, plating, and setting stones, demanding high dexterity, concentration, and attention to detail to ensure the quality of each piece.
The responsibility of the Stone Setting Plating Technician involves applying rhodium plating, 18k gold plating, pen plating, Vermeil, patina, antique finishes, and enamel to a variety of jewelry pieces.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform rhodium plating, 18 K Gold Plating, and Vermeil processes.
Look up images and key specific jobs out.
Mask and apply pen plating techniques.
Send jewelry samples for analysis and adjust chemical baths accordingly based on analysis results.
Conduct plating, pen plating, and enamel procedures.
