Position Description:

• CGI Federal is currently seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to meet the needs of a Content Management System.
• This project is a multi-year initiative to modernize the technology, infrastructure, design, and software used by Legislative Branch customers to author, create, review, manage, publish, and distribute content to both government clients and the public.
• This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• The Business Analyst must demonstrate experience with Agile development methodology and DevOps with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Obtain a Public Trust clearance
• 8yrs of experience SaaS cloud applications, Power Platform preferred.
• Experience with AzureDevOps and M365.
• Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means.
• Engages with customers to understand their needs and wants.
• Open to accepting feedback to improve processes, products, and services.
• Conducts in-depth research and analysis.
• Ability to focus research efforts to meet the customer’s decision making needs.
• Skill in eliciting and developing articulate and high-quality requirements.
• Ability to test application functionality against requirements.
• Ability to function and effectively collaborate via virtual teams using collaborative workspaces and/or tools (chat, Confluence, Zoom), seeking consultation with other analysts and experts to leverage analytical and technical expertise. Ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast- environment.
