The Marketing Services team drives the Stuller brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through effective planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
They are responsible for designing product catalogs, planning and coordinating customer events, and managing a promotional calendar for print and web.
As a Social Media Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day operations behind our social channels across four brands: Stuller, Stuller Bench Jeweler, 302 Fine Jewelry, and e&e Bridal.
This role offers hands-on experience in content planning, publishing, and asset management, all within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
You’ll help bridge the gap between content creation and distribution—making sure assets are organized, scheduled, and easy to access for both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Upload video content (Reels) to our digital asset library to keep everything organized and easy to find
Help manage and organize content libraries for 302 Fine Jewelry and e&e Bridal
Support SMS marketing by entering drafts, scheduling sends, and gathering image links
Pull images to be used in promotional emails and SMS campaigns
Upload daily video content for the Stuller brand to a shared content system
Document key details in our social media platform to provide clear visibility into upcoming content, including timing, topics, and messaging
Schedule static posts across platforms like Instagram and Facebook
Coordinate social media contests, ensuring all entries are accurately tracked and organized
Assist with monthly reports that highlight engagement, performance, and growth
Support product organization and logistics during social media photo and video shoots to ensure smooth on-set execution
