Description:

• The Marketing Services team drives the Stuller brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth through effective planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
• They are responsible for designing product catalogs, planning and coordinating customer events, and managing a promotional calendar for print and web. 
• As a Social Media Intern, you’ll support the day-to-day operations behind our social channels across four brands: Stuller, Stuller Bench Jeweler, 302 Fine Jewelry, and e&e Bridal.
• This role offers hands-on experience in content planning, publishing, and asset management, all within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• You’ll help bridge the gap between content creation and distribution—making sure assets are organized, scheduled, and easy to access for both internal teams and external partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Upload video content (Reels) to our digital asset library to keep everything organized and easy to find 
• Help manage and organize content libraries for 302 Fine Jewelry and e&e Bridal 
• Support SMS marketing by entering drafts, scheduling sends, and gathering image links 
• Pull images to be used in promotional emails and SMS campaigns 
• Upload daily video content for the Stuller brand to a shared content system 
• Document key details in our social media platform to provide clear visibility into upcoming content, including timing, topics, and messaging 
• Schedule static posts across platforms like Instagram and Facebook 
• Coordinate social media contests, ensuring all entries are accurately tracked and organized 
• Assist with monthly reports that highlight engagement, performance, and growth 
• Support product organization and logistics during social media photo and video shoots to ensure smooth on-set execution

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: 

• Currently a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or a recent graduate in a related field
• Personable and professional communicator 
• Strong time management and organizational skills 
• Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once 
• Passionate about social media marketing 
• Familiar with social media platforms and scheduling tools 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Sprout Social
