Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Works with Inventory Specialist team to maintain adequate supplies and equipment.
- Assures purchases and receiving are completed following policy and procedure.
- Provides support and maintenance for inventory related items in inventory tracking software.
- Manages all shipments, mail, and deliveries for entire Lafayette Headquarters.
- Packages and loads supplies for delivery.
- Promotes safe practices and compliance in storage area.
- Manages purchases, requests, and stock for all office supplies.
- Other duties/projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing inventory
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Physical Demands:
- Sitting at desk and walking throughout office delivering packages
- Operation of office equipment and computer
- Occasionally lift/move items up to 50 lbs.
