Position Description:

• CGI is seeking to hire an ePMO Program/Project Manager to work with Executive/Business sponsor to successfully implement new capabilities and business, IT, and operational processes by delivering enterprise-wide projects and project management services.
• This individual will use effective project management principles and methodologies for an individual project or a portfolio of projects through effective planning, coordination, tracking and delivery of projects related to organizational strategic roles.
• The ePMO PM would liaison with diverse stakeholders across business and technology domains to ensure the integrity and success of the project, and at the same time build and maintain strong partnerships across various departments in the organization.
• This is a Full Time Employment opportunity based in the US where there is a CGI Office. Preferred locations are: Boston, MA, Lafayette, LA and Knoxville, TN in a Hybrid Model.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 10-15 years of project management experience.
• Prior Heath Care Payor business and/or health insurance operations experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience in process management.
• Proven Risk Management experience; ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques.
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes.
• Experience interacting and presenting weekly to leadership (VP, SVP, CXO),

Desired skills:

• Experience with Affordability of Care (AOC) and Total Cost of Care (TCOC) desired
