Position Description:

• CGI Federal is currently seeking a Scrum Master to meet the needs of a Content Management System.
• This project is a multi-year initiative to modernize the technology, infrastructure, design, and software used by
• Legislative Branch customers to author, create, review, manage, publish, and distribute content to both government clients and the public.
• This position is located in our Lafayette, LA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• The SCRUM Master/ Project Manager must demonstrate experience with Agile development methodology and DevOps with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Obtain a Public Trust clearance
• 10+yrs of experience as an Agile Process SME/Scrum Master. One or more of the following certifications (or equivalent): SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP.
• Experience working in a multi-team environment (including a mix of contractor and government employees). Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Azure DevOps. Ability to act as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) as needed.
• Please note that due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required.
