FIRST HOT POT & BBQ is looking for friendly, reliable, and hardworking Servers to join our team. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. College students are welcome.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders and assist guests.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
• Work with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow restaurant policies and food safety standards.

We are looking for dependable team members interested in long-term employment.

Salary Range: $15.51-$24.70

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Louisiana Bar Card (Responsible Vendor Permit) or be able to obtain one before serving alcohol.
• At least 1 year of previous restaurant server experience preferred.
• Friendly, professional, and responsible attitude.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to work well with team members.
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.
• Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome.
