Job Type:
- Part-time (Potential to turn into a Full-Time position)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Provide education and counseling on proper nutrition, including healthy eating habits and portion control
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their dietary plans
- Utilize your knowledge of physiology to evaluate the impact of diet on patients' health conditions
- Provide health coaching to patients, empowering them to make positive lifestyle changes
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, such as body composition analysis and metabolic rate assessments
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field of dietetics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification required
- Strong knowledge of tube feeding techniques and protocols
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized meal plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
- License/Certification: Registered Dietitian
- Ability to Commute to Lafayette, LA 70501
- Ability to Relocate to Lafayette, LA 70501 (Relocate before starting work)
