Description:

  • Stuller's Sales team plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by developing innovative strategies connecting with customers and elevating their business potential.
  • The team is focused on delivering personalized solutions, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of Stuller’s offerings.
  • The Region Manager is responsible for developing and fostering customer relationships within a specific geographic region to promote Stuller brand awareness and drive sales.
  • He/she will engage with customers to support their needs, gain insights, increase market share, and elevate our overall level of service.
  • He/she will focus on Stuller products, services, and solutions that best support the needs of, and directly contribute to, the success and growth of a customer’s business.
  • In addition, priorities will include collecting customer feedback and analyzing data targeting opportunities for growth within the assigned Region.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cultivate trusted partnerships by understanding each customer's unique business needs and providing personalized solutions
    • Build a book of business within a specified Region focused on Whitespace Territories
    • Lead virtual sales outreach as the primary method of customer communication, while strategically traveling to key accounts and markets as needed.
    • Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and customer expansion
    • Support Quarterly Sales Campaign initiatives that focus on key categories of business that drive awareness to our breadth of products and services.
    • Actively prospect accounts to expand the book of business or acquire new customers for Stuller
    • Foster relationships with internal partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
    • Collaborate with team members to enhance work performance and elevate level of knowledge.
    • Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to projects and strategic initiatives
    • Collaborate on team and company projects and strategic focus areas
    • Provide accurate and thorough documentation of customer interactions, sales opportunities & customer feedback
    • Attend and consult at trade shows and Stuller-sponsored events and trainings
    • Occasional overnight travel and weekend work required
    • Driver’s license, and car required to visit accounts within local, geographic territory
    • Additional Responsibilities may include quarterly travel within region to support high potential markets with high priority accounts. 
    • Depending on home base assignment, the Region Manager may also be responsible for maintaining a local book of assigned accounts that represents 25% of total book of business Sales.


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter seeking personal and professional growth.
  • Sales and industry experience preferred; proven track record for delivering results
  • Passion for working with people through multi-channel platforms, engaging in fruitful conversation, and holding customer interest
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric, self-starter, and problem-solving aptitude
  • Comfortable with public speaking and delivering executive level presentations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience a plus!
  • Excellent organizational, written, listening, and verbal communication skills
  • Interactive experience using virtual channels of communication preferred
  • Flexibility with work schedule, tasks, and assignments
