Position Description:

• CGI is seeking to hire a Workday Test Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you’ll leverage your expertise to support our strategic Insurance clients across a range of impactful projects.
• You’ll be at the forefront of Workday replacements, implementations, and the rollout of new features, enhancements, upgrades, change requests, and regulatory setups.
• We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can hit the ground running with the ability to shape and expand our Test Management offerings and develop our team.
• This role can be performed from our offices in New Brunswick, NJ, (Preferred) New York, NY, Plymouth Meeting, PA, or Lafayette, LA in a Hybrid Model.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure solutions meet the expected quality, functionality and usability requirements.
• Starting with the testability analysis for software, hardware and infrastructure you will:
• Be responsible for test project success
• Resource management both on/off-shore.
• Manage the test activities around the project, including resource coordination and test assignment
• Support with creation of test plans / scenarios by selecting or designing new test cases
• Track the test progress and reported issues
• Document and present the test results
• Ensure that the technical test environments are complete and ready for the testing
• Align with internal and external stakeholders on current and overall quality assurance status, and share best practices with clients and internal CGI community

Qualifications:

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 7 years experience in test management & test planning
• 5 years of Workday testing experience
• 3 years of general finance and accounting experience
• Insurance industry background a plus
• 3 years of experience managing resources in an Global Delivery Model
• Ability to travel to Client Site as needed (NYC)

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
