Part-Time position, Monday through Friday. Time is 8AM - 12PM and you will be required to be on-call. Property maintenance that can change out appliances, do electrical work, plumbing, fix/install HVAC units, cut grass, and other misc. tasks.

Salary Range: $22/hr

Qualifications:

• Install new appliances on your own.
• HVAC certification or more than 5 years of experience with HVAC systems.
• Owning tools for HVAC systems is a plus.
