Position Description:

• Our Northwest Business Unit is seeking a Program Analyst to contribute on a high-impact payroll transformation for a large-scale implementation.

• This position is located in either our Onshore Delivery Center in Knoxville, TN or Lafayette, LA; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.

How you'll make an impact:

• Work with functional leads and client stakeholders to analyze requirements and business processes
• Write user stories
• Configure ERP modules to meet business requirements and rules
• Support functional testing and assist with defect analysis

Qualifications:

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 2 years performing configuration and testing of an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or Workday, or similar enterprise business application
• Experience with requirements management software, such as IBM DOORs, JIRA, or AzureDevOps
• A strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Desired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills:

• Experience performing application configuration of business applications in an agile setting
• Working knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, employee benefits, or basic human resources business processes
