Product Design and Development leverages decades of expertise in CAD and 3D rendering, metal mold engineering, master models, and rubber molds to create the high-quality products our customers expect.
The Creative Design team oversees fabrication testing for new products, bridges design and manufacturing, creates 2D concept sketches and technical drawings for unique jewelry, collaborates with merchandising to stay aligned with trends, and manages multiple projects through production.
The Product Development Administrator supports and processes fabrication testing, ensuring a seamless transition between design and manufacturing across all Hierarchy Categories of make products.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time delivery of new product testing for one fabrication department.
Create Oracle test jobs for samples and masters, tracking product test delivery through the PLM system.
Support assigned fabrication testing and assist in end-to-end quality assurance of new Stuller Make items.
Perform Oracle and PLM updates, including creating jobs and maintaining accurate records.
Serve as a courier for WIP jobs and products throughout the plant.
Support fabrication output of new make products in alignment with calendar deadlines.
Pull samples, stock, and complete various tasks within Oracle as needed.
Assist in tracking weekly output for the PDD Manager to assess and adjust workflow.
Work cross-functionally as a positive and motivated team member.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to adhere to company attendance policies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with walking and handling WIP jobs throughout the plant.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with internal systems such as Aras PLM, Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in fabrication testing or product development.
Knowledge of Oracle processes related to job creation and tracking.
