Product Data manages part records, ensures data accuracy, and supports the digital merchandising strategy.
They understand product attributes, create new records, and manage the related data required for each product.
They are also responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to product attribute data.
The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of product part records and the ongoing maintenance of the data within these records.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product set-ups, attributes and specifications are accurate, adhering to guidelines and legal requirements
Timely response to internal customer inquiries related to product attribute data
Facilitate process improvement actions to increase utilization and efficiency
Learn the intricacies of product attributes and the impact of data inaccuracies throughout the rest of the organization
Processing of queries to validate accuracy of data points
Identify and update attribute data due to inaccuracies, inconsistencies, manufacturing changes, or customer requests.
Utilize extensive knowledge of BOM, Item Master, PIM modules, and P360 to support business processes related to product data
Ability to create and run data loads
Develop a complete understanding of Custom Item Search
Creating/Improving shopping experiences on the website
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent

Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, CZ, PLM, Salesforce
