  • Product Data manages part records, ensures data accuracy, and supports the digital merchandising strategy.
  • They understand product attributes, create new records, and manage the related data required for each product.
  • They are also responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to product attribute data.
  • The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of product part records and the ongoing maintenance of the data within these records.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure product set-ups, attributes and specifications are accurate, adhering to guidelines and legal requirements 
  • Timely response to internal customer inquiries related to product attribute data 
  • Facilitate process improvement actions to increase utilization and efficiency 
  • Learn the intricacies of product attributes and the impact of data inaccuracies throughout the rest of the organization 
  • Processing of queries to validate accuracy of data points 
  • Identify and update attribute data due to inaccuracies, inconsistencies, manufacturing changes, or customer requests. 
  • Utilize extensive knowledge of BOM, Item Master, PIM modules, and P360 to support business processes related to product data 
  • Ability to create and run data loads 
  • Develop a complete understanding of Custom Item Search 
  • Creating/Improving shopping experiences on the website 


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Vibrant personality with the ability to connect with customers 
  • Integrity in business practices and when working with others in a team environment 
  • Hunger for continuous improvement personally and professionally 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational abilities in managing time, work details, and workspace effectively 
  • Proficiency in decision-making, critical thinking, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Flexible and able to deal with change and unpredictability 


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, CZ, PLM, Salesforce
  • Ability to learn new software programs
  • Knowledge of Stuller product offerings
  • Knowledge of the Jewelry Industry
