The Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the company’s pricing strategy through detailed analysis of market conditions, customer requirements, and internal cost structures. This role works closely with Sales and Operations to develop accurate, competitive, and data‑driven pricing for new and existing customers. The Pricing Analyst integrates pricing within the Company’s TMS and coordinates with internal teams to ensure it is correctly implemented. In addition to pricing responsibilities, the Pricing Analyst prepares recurring and ad hoc reports, KPIs, and analyses to support decision‑making across the organization. The role emphasizes accuracy, consistency, and responsiveness while contributing to process improvements and special projects as needed.
Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Pricing & Market Analysis
• Develop pricing proposals for new and existing customers by evaluating lanes, capacity, market conditions, and competitive dynamics
• Maintain and analyze historical pricing data to evaluate pricing effectiveness and support future strategy
• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure pricing aligns with operational capabilities and company objectives
• Coordinate and track customer’s request for bids and ensure they are submitted in a timely manner
• Ensure approved pricing is accurately and timely set up in the Company’s TMS
• Maintain executed contracts and supporting documentation of rate agreements Reporting & Analytics
• Provide periodic and ad hoc reporting and analysis to Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership
• Support customer-facing analyses and reporting as needed Cross Functional Support & Projects
• Serve as a key liaison between departments for pricing related inquiries and issue resolution
• Participate in or lead special projects, including process, system, and reporting improvements
• Support the integration of B2B invoicing

Salary Range: $52,000 to $70,000

Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, or equivalent experience
• Self-motivated person who can work autonomously
• Proven ability to develop strong working relationships
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and multi-tasking skills in a time-sensitive work environment working with diverse groups of individuals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office with a strong focus on Excel and manipulating cube-based data
• Experience in Oil & Gas or Transportation industry is a plus
