Pipe Welder – B31 Spool Piping

The Pipe Welder will be responsible for welding process piping spools and assemblies in accordance with ASME B31 piping standards. This role requires strong welding skills, the ability to interpret fabrication drawings and P&IDs, and the ability to work efficiently in a production fabrication environment.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of pipe welding experience
• Experience welding B31 spool piping systems
• Experience welding carbon steel and stainless steel piping
• Proficiency with the following welding processes:
  • GTAW (TIG)
  • GMAW (MIG)
  • FCAW (Flux Core)
• Ability to read and interpret piping drawings, isometrics, and P&IDs
• Ability to pass welding qualification tests
• Must pass drug screening and background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in industrial fabrication or ASME code shops
• Experience with pipe fitting and spool assembly
• Familiarity with quality control and inspection requirements
