The Parts Sales and Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to both internal and external customers by efficiently managing parts inquiries, orders, and sales.
This role plays a key part in promoting Ditch Witch® and Takeuchi equipment and parts, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through accurate information, timely communication, and professional service.

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment choosing the best overall solution to serve customer’s needs.
Demonstrate effective communications skills by telephone, in person and in writing.
Experienced in essential computer programs- including CDK, IntelliDealer, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Self-motivating, high productivity, ability to learn new skills, and reliable in areas of attendance, attention to quality with a cordial, cooperative personality.
Bilingual Ability highly preferred, English required and Spanish desired.
Mechanical aptitude preferred.
