Panel Shop Foreman Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• Weekend work required as needed
• Monday-Friday 6:00am-6:00pm
• Assign work to personnel; supervise to ensure they are performing to potential.
• Oversee assembly of panels from parts and materials, including weldments.
• Ensure work is executed in the most effective manner in regard to time, cost and function.
• Direct the daily work activity of shop personnel.

Salary Range: $28-$35/hour

Qualifications:

Panel Shop Foreman Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree related to manufacturing or business; or equivalent education and experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a panel shop
• Strong knowledge of industrial control panels, electrical assemblies, and shop fabrication processes
• Working knowledge of welding, fabrication, and panel assembly processes
• Experience in industrial automation and control systems manufacturing preferred
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
