  • Stuller’s Merchandising division is made up of a dynamic team of subject matter experts in each jewelry product category.
  • These specialized teams focus on developing and buying products, managing inventory levels and pricing, working with marketing to execute promotions and publications, and so much more!  
  • The Packaging & Display department crafts strategic merchandising plans, optimizes product offerings, and ensures precise logo imprinting, all while providing exceptional customer engagement and specialty order support. 
  • The Packaging and Displays Assistant Product Manager will be responsible for assisting with all strategic projects to develop and execute a business plan to help successfully grow the profitability of the Packaging and Displays category.
  • This includes but is not limited to managing vendor relations, developing new product, evaluating performance of assortments, managing pricing & inventory, and creating marketing strategies.
  • In this dynamic role, they will work cross-functionally with various internal teams and external partners to help ensure we are best servicing and growing our customer base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop holistic merchandising plans, including product lifecycle management, item onboarding, and data maintenance.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to curate a selection of trendy and essential products.
  • Negotiate and adjust vendor pricing.
  • Analyze market conditions and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Prepare category analytics, leveraging reporting tools to drive online sales and profitability.
  • Work with marketing teams to create promotional materials for new and existing products.
  • Assist in developing seasonal brochures and catalogs, ensuring accurate proofing of copy and artwork.
  • Enhance product content, optimize online navigation, and improve search and browse functionality on Stuller.com.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with confidence in presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience working independently and in a team-oriented environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in merchandising or business management.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Adaptability to change and a keen eye for design and merchandising.
  • Ability to drive projects to completion efficiently.
  • Experience collaborating across departments, including upper management.
