BackOffice Manager - Equipment Division

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative assistance, handling office equipment, and ensuring efficient office administration. The role involves coordinating with various departments, managing customer service interactions, and supporting the overall administrative functions of the office.

Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices and procedures.
- Knowledge and awareness of purchasing and business ethics.
- Basic knowledge of equipment purchasing and rental procedures.
- Basic knowledge of construction equipment and maintenance.
- Payroll processing
- AP processing
- PO entry
- SAP Concur approval
- Initial TT&L for trucks
- Scanning registrations, titles, etc. into Spectrum behind each piece of equipment
- Reconciling Fixed Assets
- Processing truck disposals with the leasing companies
- Processing internal truck sales
- Processing checks/paperwork for auction disposals
- Assign unit numbers and enter all new equipment into Spectrum
- Dispose any equipment that is sold/scrapped
- Complete the Personal Use Tax spreadsheet
- Complete Property Tax renditions and submit
- Process all Property Tax invoices and make sure payments are sent
- Complete mileage spreadsheet monthly (make sure all divisions enter mileage)
- IFTA tax return and payment
- LA IRP renewal and additions of any trucks as purchased
- NM Weight Distance tax return and payment
- IRS 2290 tax filing and addition of any trucks as purchased
- Vehicle tracking for Insurance
- Processing of violations (send out to correct division)
- Make changes to equipment, in Spectrum, as requested by division
- Main point of contact for all leasing companies
