In this job, you’ll do things like: 

  • Never get bored operating a variety of sophisticated food packaging machines, including Depalletizers, Filler, Cappers, Labelers, Tamper seal, Cartoners, Tray Packer, Case Packer, Palletizers and more. 
  • Operate machines and change coding based on customer requirements. 
  • Gain satisfaction checking off your to-do list as you prepare machinery, load materials, and ensure seamless production flow. 
  • Fine tune your operation by monitoring machine performance, adjust, and troubleshoot issues as needed. 
  • Record quality control data to maintain high production standards. 
  • Indulge your inner neat freak by keeping workspace clean, organized, and running efficiently.

Qualifications:

Must-haves to apply for this job: 

  • Physically able to perform essential job functions including lifting 20-40 lbs throughout your shift and standing for long periods of time.  
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Basic problem solving and critical thinking skills. 
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills. 
  • Good communication skills. 
  • Ability to pass a drug test, background check and physical 

What will give you an edge: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Experience working on a production line or in a manufacturing/industrial environment 
  • Experience working in food industry or in consumer-packaged goods 
  • Ability to interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues, and problem-solve.
  • Experience working night shift
