Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong technical background and a passion for innovative design. This role will contribute to a variety of exciting and challenging projects, from initial concept to final implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative and practical mechanical designs and solutions for a wide range of projects and industries.
  • Create detailed 2D and 3D models, fabrication drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Ensure all designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and final production.
  • Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project execution.
  • Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Salary Range: $50,000


Qualifications:

Qualifications

    • For Mechanical Designer: Associate's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in mechanical design or drafting.
    • Proven experience in a mechanical design or engineering role.
    • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in one or more of the industries we serve: Energy, Industrial, and/or Manufacturing. Other industries such as Aviation, Food and Beverage, Military, or Healthcare are a plus.
    • Experience with project management and consulting.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards.
