Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mechanical Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong technical background and a passion for innovative design. This role will contribute to a variety of exciting and challenging projects, from initial concept to final implementation.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and practical mechanical designs and solutions for a wide range of projects and industries.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models, fabrication drawings, and technical documentation using CAD software.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, from conceptual design and feasibility studies to prototyping, testing, and final production.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project execution.
- Contribute to our culture of continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Salary Range: $50,000
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- For Mechanical Designer: Associate's degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in mechanical design or drafting.
- Proven experience in a mechanical design or engineering role.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.).
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in one or more of the industries we serve: Energy, Industrial, and/or Manufacturing. Other industries such as Aviation, Food and Beverage, Military, or Healthcare are a plus.
- Experience with project management and consulting.
- Knowledge of industry-specific codes and standards.
