What this job is all about:
Responsible for the movement of items and/or raw material within the Warehouse.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety Policies, and all other company standards
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of production processes by managing the supply of raw materials and ingredients.
- Receive incoming shipments of raw materials and ingredients, inspect them for quality and accuracy, and document any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and ensure proper storage conditions to prevent spoilage or contamination.
- Pick and prepare raw materials and ingredients for production orders, ensuring they match the specifications and quantities required.
- Safely transport materials and ingredients to designated storage areas or production lines using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials and ingredients, report any issues to the quality control team, and assist in resolving quality-related problems.
- Work closely with production, quality control, and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and ingredients.
- Checks in and receives into inventory all incoming domestic/export/raw material trucks and completes appropriate paperwork: Receipts, Bills of Lading, Shipping Documents, Trailer Inspection/Reject Forms
- Inputs appropriate production and/or material movement data into the manufacturing ERP system in a timely and accurate fashion
- Ensures items are placed in correct location for storage or production in the correct quantity
- Responsible for inventory control and routine maintenance in the warehouse
- Participates in 5S and continuous improvement program routinely
- Operates pallet stretch wrap machine
- Works with Inventory Analyst to resolve discrepancies found through cycle counting

Qualifications:
Must-haves to apply for this job:
- Physically able to perform essential job functions.
- Forklift certified, or ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- 2+ years warehouse or relevant work experience.
- Experience working in computerized production and inventory systems with accurate and timely data entry
