What this job is all about:
- Responsible for receiving finished products from Production Lines, building the pallets to customer specifications, physical movement of finished products within the warehouse to proper storage locations, and documenting the movement of finished products in the computer-based inventory system.
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Receive product from production lines via belt conveyors, ensures accurate build of finished goods through palletizer equipment set up, and verifies production quantities, condition, and other details against purchase orders and/or production records.
- Record inventory levels of produced finished goods, manage stock LOTs and locations, and accurately track inventory movements of finished goods between warehouses.
- Transport unwrapped products from palletizer to shrink wrap conveyor to complete buildout and receive Finished Goods into inventory. Move materials and finished goods to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks using forklifts, hand trucks, or other equipment ensuring Finished Goods are stored safely and efficiently.
- Stage and Store Made-to-order finished goods for shipment, ensuring they meet customer specifications and regulatory standards.
- Inspect finished goods with focus on quantity, quality and prevention of non-conformities. Report any issues, defects, or discrepancies to the relevant departments for rework or disposal dispositions.

Qualifications:
Must-haves to apply for this job:
- Physically able to perform essential job functions.
- Must be able to lift and move equipment or materials up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Possesses basic computer skills (Outlook, Oracle, MS Teams) and the ability to learn production software.
What will give you an edge:
- 1+ years warehouse, retail/inventory, or relevant work experience.
- Forklift certified, or ability to obtain forklift certification.
- Experience working in computerized production and inventory systems with accurate and timely data entry, or the ability to learn a computerized system/paperwork quickly.
