• Direct Hire position
• Monday through Saturday10:00am-7:00pm
• Drive sales by engaging customers, providing exceptional service, and selling appliances
• Ensure sales quotas are consistently met and exceeded
• Supervise and lead the store team, ensuring productivity, teamwork, and high performance
• Assist with loading appliances, organizing store displays, and maintaining store organization
• Create and manage employee schedules to ensure the store runs smoothly
• Monitor sales performance, inventory, and prepare regular reports for management
• Manage emails, correspondences, and customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction

Salary Range: $20/hour to start

Qualifications:

• Bilingual Mandarin/English required
• Previous experience in sales management, preferably in the appliance or retail industry
• Must be able to assist with loading appliances and handling physical tasks as necessary
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
