We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial laundry and physical plant equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and overhauls on industrial laundry and plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain washers, dryers, ironers, presses, folders, conveyors, rail systems, boilers, compressors, pumps, forklifts, lifts, generators, and related equipment.
• Perform 480V 3-phase electrical work, motor/inverter wiring, conduit installation, and control wiring.
• Perform plumbing, welding, carpentry, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs.
• Maintain steam, water, air, chemical delivery, and wastewater systems.
• Operate boilers, air compressors, washing/drying systems, pumping stations, and emergency generators.
• Monitor chemical inventory and pumping systems.
• Open and close the plant and ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Train and provide technical assistance to other technicians and machine operators.
• Communicate equipment issues and maintenance needs to management.
• Follow all OSHA, HAZCOM, PPE, and Lockout/Tagout requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of industry technology and maintenance best practices.

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
