Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains a safety & productive workplace
• Troubleshoots and/or repairs facility, operational and portable equipment as defined by the Company
• Completes necessary documentation associated with the equipment maintenance program processes
• Control inventory and order shop supplies according to Company procedures
• Proposes recommendations to improve the equipment maintenance program processes
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Manager

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma, GED
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience of construction and/or maintenance repairs preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Ability to read scale drawings for fabrication and/or construction projects
• Ability to set up a safe and productive work flow
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of AWS standards preferred
• Operates forklift and overhead crane

Behavioral Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, supervisor, and managers
• Ability to work independently with occasional supervision
• Coordinator multiple work requests
