Maintenance/HVAC Technician

• Temp-to-Hire position
• Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
• Perform minor facility repairs, including painting and drywall repair
• Perform HVAC maintenance and repairs, including filter changes and unit maintenance and troubleshooting
• Complete basic plumbing tasks such as cleaning P-traps and changing fixtures
• Replace light sockets and light fixtures as needed
• Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of building interiors
• Assist with water heater replacement
• Complete repairs, HVAC work, install appliances, and other various minor tasks at the discretion of management.

Salary Range: $20-$22/hour

Qualifications:

• Previous building maintenance experience
• Must be HVAC certified.
• Candidates without this experience will not be considered for the position
• Previous experience installing and repairing flooring preferred
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
