JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for the day to day management of the machine shop 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign jobs as dictated by the dispatch report 
• Provide technical support to operators in the analysis of blue prints for required tooling, material, and lead time 
• Maintains CNC program data base 
• Monitors machine operators and spot checks machined parts to ensure job specifications are maintained 
• Supports prototype development as required 
• Maintains the shift schedule 
• Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• CNC Programming and Mastercam 
• Good verbal and communication skills 
• Maintain good housekeeping habits 
• Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement efforts 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 4 years in manufacturing environment compliant to ISO9001:2008 AS910
