BackMachine Operator - Full Time

What this job is all about:
The Machine Operator is responsible for learning basic requirements and expectations for operating bottling equipment, supporting line operations, ensuring product safety and quality, and focused on adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
In this job, you’ll do things like:
- Ensure products are bottled, labeled, and packaged according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety Policies, and all other company standards
- Clean and maintain designated machines, workstation, and/or work area
- Assist with basic machine set-up, start-up, shutdown, and routine sanitation cleaning
- Operates assigned bottling equipment (Filler, Capper, Labeler, PDC, Carton Maker, Tray Packer) or basic tasks of assigned workstation
- Monitor equipment to ensure properly running and report any issues
- Basic quality checks (fill levels, cap placement, label alignment)
- Maintain production flow by supplying materials correctly according to the Batch Ticket
- Communicate any issues to Team Lead and other leadership in a timely manner to remove barriers to improve line performance
- Obtains and enters appropriate lot codes and expiry data for the run into CDC (ink jet printer) as necessary
- Demonstrate willingness to continue learning, ability to follow instructions, and perform repetitive tasks accurately
- Show consistency in attendance, teamwork, and performance output

What will give you an edge:
- High School diploma or GED
- 2+ years of fast-paced production line or manufacturing experience
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime if needed
