Description

  • The Logistics Operations Technician provides technical and operational support to the sales and quality assurance teams by managing inventory transactions, housing, and product organization within Stuller’s logistics systems.
  • This role ensures inventory accuracy, efficient workflow, and timely responses to internal requests through Salesforce and Oracle platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process inventory transactions accurately within Oracle tracking systems
  • Perform miscellaneous transactions, including issues, receipts, and adjustments
  • Charge and credit departmental expense accounts as needed
  • Move and track products across sub-inventories, both physically and within systems
  • Create new inventory housing through Data Load and organize product storage for new releases
  • Respond to internal requests for measurements, photos, and other product details
  • Conduct audits and cycle counts to ensure process accuracy and inventory integrity
  • Create and manage touchup and teardown jobs for non-sellable inventory
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and report findings to management
  • Maintain accurate documentation through Salesforce case management


Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
  • Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Oracle, Salesforce, or similar inventory management systems
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to numerical accuracy
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities


Work Environment/Physical Demands

  • Must be able to retrieve products and materials from various warehouse areas
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs\
  • May work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
