Position Overview:

• We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in the Lafayette office.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation support and trial preparation;
• Manage and organize case files;
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel;
• Prepare discovery requests and responses;
• Schedule and coordinate depositions and court appearances; and
• Other relevant responsibilities, as necessary.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years personal injury paralegal experience preferred;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; and
• Passionate about helping others and dedicated to excellence.
