Brian’s Upholstery, LLC is hiring a Lead Furniture Technician to handle commercial furniture service, repair, installation, and delivery throughout Acadiana.

We’re looking for someone who is mechanically skilled, dependable, productive, and able to work independently. Upholstery experience is helpful but not required. Experience in construction, maintenance, furniture repair, installation, automotive work, or another hands-on trade would translate well.

Responsibilities

• Perform furniture repairs, installations, and service
• Diagnose problems and determine practical solutions
• Use hand and power tools
• Deliver and install furniture
• Work independently at commercial client locations
• Assist with shop projects as needed

Schedule & Pay

• Full-time, approximately 35–40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday
• Opportunities for raises and increased responsibility

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical ability
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to work efficiently without constant supervision
• Professional around commercial clients
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to lift 75 lbs. with assistance
