• Meet and exceed new business production goals.
• Continuously build and expand your client base through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Stay up-to-date on insurance products, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service and support to clients.

Salary Range: $36,000 - $100,000 (Base salary + commission)

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Career mindset: A long-term commitment to a rewarding career in the insurance industry.
• Currently hold or willing to get Property & Casualty, Health & Life license: If you do not already have these licenses, we will support and guide you in obtaining them.
