Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process quotes and customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience with quoting and order entry is required
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent mathematical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to handle a high volume of calls and digital inquiries
• Knowledge of customer service practices and familiarity with pipes, valves, fittings, pipeline systems, water/wastewater, or oil & gas industries is a plus
• Proven work history demonstrating reliability and long-term employment

• High school or equivalent (Required)
