• Temp-to-Hire position

Monday-Friday 6:00am-4:00pm; Overtime and weekends as needed

Duties

• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systems
• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain CNC's, manual, horizontal, and vertical lathes, grinding mills, finish mills, air compressors, kilns, cement coolers, elevators, etc.
• Facilitate equipment set up and initial operation. Sets anchor bolts, and installs bed plate, base or frame, adding shims or grouting to achieve proper elevation.
• Install and replace motors, hydraulic transmissions, variable and eccentric speed drives, speed reducers, and couplings.
• Repairs and replaces roller chain, flat belt, and V-belt drives, clutches, and gears.
• Operate threading machines to chase threads on pipes.

Salary Range: $18-$25 DOE

Qualifications:

• Prior mechanic experience working with gas combustion engines such as forklifts and cranes is a requirement for this role
• Prior mechanic experience working on CNC machines, lathes, and mills, highly preferred.
• Applicants must provide updated resume with clearly demonstrated and proven mechanical experience
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
