• Part time Mon-Fri with flexible schedule.
• Complete repairs, paint, HVAC work, cut grass, install appliances, and other various minor tasks at the discretion of management.

Salary Range: $22.00

Qualifications:

• EPA Universal certification
• Prior maintenance experience
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift/move equipment as needed
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• Vehicle to transport equipment when needed
