Maintains all workers compensation and OSHA requirements such as filing claims, requesting accident reports, drug screens, medical release paperwork, wage requests, OSHA logs, OSHA reporting, and OSHA forms.
Maintain, track, and house competency requirements and competency documents for clinical teams.
Creates company newsletter weekly to engage nationwide culture.
Handles first day orientation presentation for all new hires.
Assist with leave of absence management.
Manages employee engagement through onboarding surveys, exit surveys, employee engagement surveys, and more.
