Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures compliance with all human resources related state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Administers various human resources policies and procedures for all employees of the organization.
  • Establishes and maintains department records and reports.
  • Protects organization’s value by maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Processes offer letters, non-competes, confidentiality agreements, addendums, and positions changes.
  • Posts external and internal open positions, sets up hiring manager access, and trains hiring managers on applicant tracking system.
  • Maintains all workers compensation and OSHA requirements such as filing claims, requesting accident reports, drug screens, medical release paperwork, wage requests, OSHA logs, OSHA reporting, and OSHA forms.
  • Maintain, track, and house competency requirements and competency documents for clinical teams.
  • Creates company newsletter weekly to engage nationwide culture.
  • Handles first day orientation presentation for all new hires.
  • Assist with leave of absence management.
  • Manages employee engagement through onboarding surveys, exit surveys, employee engagement surveys, and more.
  • Updates Revenue Team’s organizational chart monthly.
  • Coordinate, implement, and maintain process improvement projects.
  • Team lead for most lower-level projects and assistant to HR Manager and/or VP of HR for upper-level projects.
  • Assists with employee relations issues.


Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
  • PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
