Offshore Catering and Specialty company is seeking a skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our Lafayette team. 

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new hires 
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics as needed by management

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 

• Candidate should have prior HR experience (minimum 3 years of experience) SHRM-CP preferred 
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience in HRIS systems preferred
• Provide administrative support to leadership (calendar coordination, follow -ups)
