Key Responsibilities 

  • The HR Manager will oversee the daily operations of Human Resources while supporting strategic initiatives that drive DMR’s organizational growth and culture.
  • This role manages core HR programs, ensures compliance with employment regulations, and partners with leadership to implement scalable systems that attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • The HR Manager will play a critical role in helping DMR expand its workforce while maintaining a high level of engagement and performance across all teams.
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS management. 
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and policy enforcement to promote fairness and accountability. 
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment regulations. 
  • Collaborate with department leaders to support recruitment, workforce planning, and employee development. 
  • Implement HR programs and initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and workplace culture. 
  • Maintain data integrity, reporting, and HR metrics to support leadership decision-making. 
  • Support compensation, recognition, and professional development programs. 


Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred. 
  •  7+ years of HR experience with at least 2 years in leadership or managerial capacity. 
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, employment law, and compliance practices. 
  • Experience managing HR systems and processes in a growth-stage or manufacturing environment. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
  • Proficiency with HRIS or ERP software such as Rippling, Workday, or similar.
